Sarah Gronert, a German pro tennis player, is embroidered in a hermaphrodite controversy. Sarah Gronert, 22, who ranks No. 619 in the world, was born as a hermaphrodite due to possessing both male and female genitalia.

Gronert’s male sexual characteristic part was later surgically removed (after suffering the discrimination originating from her unique gender status during the tennis competition) three years ago and she became a legally woman.

It appeared that was not enough. After Sarah Gronert beat competitor Julia Glushko in the Raanana tournament in Israel early this month, the latter’s coach Schlomo Tzoref raised the issue, saying Sarah Gronert is “a man”

"There is no girl who can hit serves like that, not even Venus Williams. When I heard her story, I was in shock. I don't know if it's fair that she can compete or not. She does have an advantage, but if this is what the WTA have decided, they probably know best. If she begins to play continuously, within six months she will be within the Top 50." said Schlomo Tzoref, according to Fanhouse.

"This can not be. This is not a woman, it's a man. She does not have the power of a woman and no woman has such a technique. She serves like a man. It's very strange." Tzoref continued.

We sympathized with Miss Gronert!. She deserves no all of those woman-or-man ridicule!
